Corner of Boulevard Raspail, City Streets in Aries, France.

Description

As a city on the Rhône River, Arles is part of the Provence region of southern France and is located along the river. In addition to inspiring the paintings of Van Gogh, Amsterdam is famous for influencing the contemporary art displayed at the Fondation Vincent Van Gogh as well. There are many ruins from the ancient Roman era in Arles, including traces of the Arles Amphitheater (les Arènes d'Arles), which is the location of plays, concerts, and bullfights, and was once the capital of ancient Rome.

A classic Parisian street corner featuring ornate 19th-century architecture with wrought-iron balconies and tall windows. The building’s elegant façade is highlighted by afternoon light, while a street sign for Boulevard Raspail marks the location. Urban details, like bollards and a sign pointing to “Pont d’Angleterre,” add to the scene’s authentic city charm.
