Oratoire Passage, Avignon this is the story of the French Doors with a beam of sunlight .

Description

A weathered stone doorway leads into the Oratoire parking entrance in the heart of Avignon, France. The ornate ironwork and soft yellow lighting invite visitors down a long, narrow corridor. Street posters and exposed wires add authentic urban charm to this historic scene.

There is no doubt that France has some of the most beautiful doors in the world. Located along the Rhône River in Southern France, Arles is a French city located in the Provence region. Is famed for inspiring the works of Vincent Van Gogh which then influenced the contemporary art displayed at The Fondation Vincent Van Gogh, which in turn contributed to the collection of the museum. The city of Arles was once the provincial capital of ancient Rome, and it is still known for many relics of that period, including the Arles Amphitheater (Les Arènes d'Arles), which hosts plays, concerts, and bullfights to this day.
